Question Warning message: "dangerous connection to edgedl.me.gvt1.com" ?

So I formatted my PC and installed Windows 10 Pro. I then installed AVG using Chrome and soon after I got a warning after warning regarding a dangerous connection to "edgedl.me.gvt1.com"
From what I understand its a google thing so I don't need to worry? I switched to Avast and got the same massage.

Edit: Apparently it has something to do with a Google update that rolled out today.

Are there any related error codes, warnings, or even informational events being captured by Reliability History/Monitor?

If you uninstall AVG the warning disappears - correct?

Is there a reason for not using Windows Security?
