As everybody knows I have Samsung SyncMaster955df monitor Should the warranty come from where I bought it (www.emscomouting.com and monitor was factory sealed) or I should it come from Samsung? And what does exsactly warranty for a monitor mean? If I'll brake they'll get me a new exactly the same monitor?? explain me very detailed if you can, please!

The warranty is provided by the manufacturer. For a monitor, it is usually 3 years.

Your supplier probably offers a one year rtb (return to base) warranty, so you deal with them if your equipment suffers a fault in the first year.

After that you go directly to the manufacturer for a warranty claim.

(It is essentially the same thing, if you have a warranty claim in the first year, you claim via your supplier, then they claim from the manufacturer).

With regard to the warranty terms, you have to read the small print.

Ultimately, for all warranty claims, the manufacturer will say yes or no.

I didn't do ANYTHING BAD to the monitor, but it has a sticker on it that said 955df with 0.24 pitch and blah-blah, I took it off, will I loose warranty now?

If it only said 0.24 pitch, it's okay... but what else did it have on there? Chances are, it's still okay.

Didn't you have a small sticker on the upper left corner in the front? it just siad 1600x1200 and other features and specs., but I think nothing about Warranty and it didn't have DO NOT REMOVE sign either.
