Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Please include the age of your PSU, as well as the ambient room air temps. A location will also help us understand if you're having thermal issues. As for your build, please mention the airflow orientation in your case.

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU: 5800x3d
Motherboard: 570x e gaming strix
Ram: 3600 cl16 2x16
SSD/HDD: WD890 1tb nvme ssd
GPU: 3080ti
PSU: rm 750x corsair
Chassis: corsair 7000d
OS: windows 11

Psu is less than 1 year old and it's about 70degrees in my room.

As far as the air flow. I believe air is being sucked in from the front of chassis and pushed out from the top and back.

I have a 5800x3d, 3080ti, and 570x e MB.

Is it normal for my gpu to be 95< and cpu 5> ?
Hey there,

For the most part having the GPU at 95% or even up to 99-100% means your GPU is working to it's max, is a good thing.

Your CPU usage does seem a little low, but it's a very strong CPU so you won't expect to max it out in anyway for gaming. Most games don't use more than 4-6 cores/threads.

Is my system bottlenecking somewhere?

Is your monitor 165Hz and you are running G-Sync or an fps limit of 165?

I don't think this monitor has g-sync.

btw are these the results that you wanted to see from BenchMark?

UserBenchmarks:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D - 102.4%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080-Ti - 208.3%
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 1TB - 92.5%
SSD: SanDisk Extreme Pro NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB (2018) - 245.3%
SSD: WD Black SN850 NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB - 438.4%
RAM: Corsair CMW32GX4M2D3600C18 2x16GB - 77.1%
MBD: Asus ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING

2 problems. The gpu didn’t finish its test, try reinstalling the gpu driver again and then re-running the test.

Also your RAM is running at 2133mhz instead of 3600mhz. You need to go into the BIOS and enable XMP and select 3600mhz.

Got
It will either be called XMP or DOCP, but you will need to enable it to get the RAM at the correct speed. 2133mhz will hurt performance.
I just updated bios to the newest version I think it might have reset that. But I'll run the test again.

weird same error with GPU - I wonder if its because when the test runs - the Nvidia G Experience boots up?

i read it has something to do with sonic radar 3... I uninstalled running new test.

Looks good. How’s Warzone now?

so the numbers for FPS have gone up like 5 to 10%

the CPU is still less than 5 and GPU is higher than 95%....

the game does feel a lot smoother though... it was a little stuttery before - probably because of the Memory Frequency....

i guess I shouldn't worry about CPU utilization being so low? what do you think?

CPU usage seems low but as the FPS and GPU usage are good I would not worry.

As for overclocking, I found it pointless on my 3080. The performance gain was not noticeable in anything other than benchmarks, it made no difference to actual game play. Yet the gpu ram hotter and the fans noiser. I then tried undervolting which achieved cooler running with no lost performance.

The error with the GPU is because you are running an overlay like MSI Afterburner. exit anything like that, then run UBM again. It should work fine then.
