Nobody here will help you break into that computer. You will either have to contact the original owner to get a login/password or do a fresh install of the OS.

Not the proper site for this. Not necessarily saying you stole it, but that is exactly what somebody who stole a PC would say. You're going to have to get their password or re-format the system.
