Was trying so hard to open a port, but nothing work

This is my hardware
- Modem from wall: Motorola - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0
To : NetGear N600 WNDR3400v2

I've been trying everything. I opened port and add it to firewall, tried to turn off firewall nothing work.
I use canyouseeme to check if port open.
I also use the software call simple port opener too.
Please help me

are you signing into the ROUTER to open the ports? that's what you should be doing. and you didn't say what port. Like port 80 and 88 are already open (those are webpages).

Yeah of course I have to do that. I did that turn off firewall and still canyouseeme can't detect
