Watch Dogs 2 fps dropping

Hello, i was playing the watch dogs 2 few days ago without a hitch, 50 to 60 fps. and now fps is dropping uncertain reason 50fps to 30 or 20 sometimes 15fps. does anyone knows the reason?

CPU-Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1230
RAM-2x Crusial 4GB 1333. totaling 8GB.
GPU-AMD Radeon Vapor-X HD 7950 OC 3GB
