Watch Dogs TheWorse Mod Uninstall Help!

Hi I recently installed TheWorse mod for Watch Dogs on the PC and I accidentally did not save the original patch.dat and patch.fat files so I could uninstall the mod. Anyone please if you could some how send me a link to the original files or send me them that would be great thanks!
