Water cool or air cool

I wonder how much performance can you squeeze out of an i7 4790 (non k) and some friends of mine said get an AIO. Cut to the chase, I really don't know how to decide, is it worth it to water cool a non k intel cpu? And how much more performance can you squeeze out of the cpu if you are using a watercooler?

Solution
You'll get barely any performance increase by going from the stock cooler to a cheap air cooler, though it'll be a fair bit quieter. No reason to go to a water cooler; it won't be any faster.
