Cleaned my computer and applied a new thermal paste from Thermaltake, but then I noticed my WC fans start spinning too fast for a couple seconds before going back to normal speed, this is happening every minute or so, but the temp doesn't go above 56, and this didn't happen before, so I reapplied the same paste as I used before, but this still happens, The temp doesn't go up a lot, and the games don't stutter even when this happens so I need help figuring out whats happening.
