Water Cooling my first system?

Hey guys im getting ready to build my first gaming pc, I just got the idea to water cool it for some reason. Do you think I should stick to air cooling for a first time build? Is water cooling really tricky, if so I might save it for a future build.

Another thing I need to think about is price, my air cooler I'm going to use if I don't water cool is $20 could I find a good water cooling system for around the same price, maybe like $20-$25-$30?

If you are talking about a closed cooler like an h100i, stick with air. It is cheaper and MUCH quieter for the same or even better performance.
