Water cooling question

Hello there, I recently built my pc and need a little help. I have installed the Corsair H100i water cooling system, but I'm not sure if its working. My CPU temperatures seem normal and such, but I dont know if its fully working. Some questions I have are:

Do I need a reservoir?
Is a pump or something needed?

Some important specs:
MOBO: ASUS EVO R2.0
AMD 8350 CPU
Nvidia Geforce GTX 970

no these are all built into you all in one system. you would quickly know f it is not working since your pc would overheat and shut off
