If one was wanting to water cool ones system, where would they start? I am clueless of where to begin. I was looking at EKWB and browsing their kits and what not. What should I cool? PC specs are in the signature.

Well, there are some All-in-one water cooling solutions and then the custom kits. I saw some photos in Google of custom water cooling builds with that case and seems like you have room for many options, but basically like this http://cdn.overclock.net/7/7d/7d8913d4_1g2tg.jpeg
Mainly you cool the CPU, for the gpu you would need to work it a bit more with a custom water block for the chip. There are some mobos like the ASUS formula that can use water cooling as well.

Yeah, I know the block for the GPU is a universal one. Says I would need to arrange passive cooling of RAMs and Mosfet chips. Not really sure how to do that either. I tried a AIO on my 6300 and it was a terrible experience. It was insanely loud and barely kept the CPU cool. I switched back to my EVO 212.
