it's probably some air in the radiator, try shaking your PC a bit or tilt it.
you should hear the air streaming thru the tubes out and after some time the sound is completly gone.
preventing air in your system while filling is almost not posssible 😀
also watch out your reservoir doesn't get too empty.

Thanks, after reading this i tried it and it looks like there is indeed some air trapped.
