It is a heavy PBO and CO optimized setup, with raised ECLK and high frequency memory on an enormous custom loop.

Is that not the goal of submitting scores? Since 2x00 series (Ryzen) it was all about slapping a good cooler onto it - the PBO would do the work for you and slightly get higher single thread clocks compared to all core OC's.

I'm curious to see the (top) performance of that 9950X - I'm sitting at doing an upgrade and it that thing is worth it ill slap money down the table just like that.

So good to see AMD back - competing in top end and offering still excellent value for the money.
