Watercooling - build opinions

Hello all, I've been tinkering with the idea of attempting a custome watercool build. With that being said, I think I would qualify as a beginner. After a week of research and hunting I think I've come up with a part list that should work fairly well, however I would rather not waste any money as I am stretching the budget as it is. So I ask for the opinions of the mighty!

Some info on my motivations: I use this pc for gaming and general use. It is kept in the room I sleep in and the fan noise (primarily video cards) is aggravating so I'm looking for a quiet build. Also, some what interested in some overclocking.

I will be building the loop within my existing case, can't really afford a brand new build atm.

Existing Computer
- Case: HAF 912
- Mobo: AsRock P67 Extreme4 Gen3
- CPU : Intel Core I5 - 2500k @3.30GHz
- Memory: 16 GB DDR3 1600 SDRAM
- HDD: 250GB Samsung SSD & 500GB Sata
- GFX: 2x Geforce GTX 560 (SLI) --- Due to heatsink limitations, will likely upgrade these next paycheck

As far as GPU goes I need some help there. In my research there are not very many ideal solutions for the gtx 560. As stated above I'm likely going to upgrade those in the next couple of weeks.. Do you guys have any ideas for a decent upgrade that would be watercooling friendly?

Please let me know if I'm making a mistake in any of these options so I can refine the build.

I would save the money for the next build you would be upgrading something that is already 2-3 generations old.

The ultimate goal is to find out if I have my head wrapped around the process of water cooling components. I understand the merit behind your answer, but it doesn't help me in knowing if I'm on the right track or not.

I also attempted to make my selection based on future proofing and assumed I would upgrade. Ultimately as a beginner I want to know if I'm on the right track..
