Watercooling nipple dimensions

Hello everyone, quick question.
I have ordered 3/8" ID tubes. What kind of compression nipples do I need? I am confused about all the dimensions and numbers and such.

You can use 3/8" or half inch barbs. I like half inch barbs as the tubing fits tighter. Just soak the tubing in hoot water for a couple seconds before you try to slide it on.

You an also use 3/8 inch compression fittings
