Watercooling

I want to get into Watercooling, I'm not sure of any brands or parts to get, and I'm looking for an internal setup, nothing external.

I recomend reading the Introduction to Watercooling that is stickied at the root of this forum (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/127565-29-introduction-watercooling). Also if Conumdrum stops by this post read what he links.

I myself prefer the following sites to get my watercooling parts through:

Also remember to not mix aluminum and copper in the same loop. Even if the aluminum is anodized, plated, or powder coated. As it only takes one scratch and you are on your way to having to replace the water block, and possibly the pump and radiator too.

Alright, thanks alot for those links, does that petrastechshop deliver to Canada? I've had a quick browse through of that FAQ and looked over the Danger Den parts. I'm looking at two DD pumps

what is the better of those two? and is there anything that will allow me to monitor and/or control the The loop? temperature and speed. prferably LCD

Also, I'm looking at the 5.25 Bay Reservoir, is there any need to go bigger with the dual 5.25 reservoir? as for the blocks, I'm planning on staying away from aluminium.

I would recommend email petra's to see if they ship to Canada.

As for the pumps the D5 is a much more powerful pump, but it does take up more space.

As for a way to monitor the loop there are both flow meters and temp sensors out there you just have to look around at places like FrostyCPU and Directron.com. They usually carry stuff like that.

And a single 5.25" bay res is plenty any more than that is overkill unless you have a very large (lots of tubing) loop.

Thanks alot, I'll check those out. I'm not to fond of an external rad, even though I know it would be alot cooler, just see them as a bit bulky.

I'm also in Edmonton, sucks how the only store around here that does parts is memoryexpress, and even still they don't have any decent water cooling components.

The cpu block, reservoir and piping are the same as what im getting, im just not sure on the pumps, like the difference between that and the Danger Den

yah memory express is great store i build all my PC's from there... but they have nothing for water except that crap BIGwater thing.

NCIX is good on delivery also, i have ordered 3 times from them and each time they are efficient and everything comes packed well with blowup air bags. But they overcharge HUGE.

For the very best components for the very best price Google Water keg, it's made by newl's1 who is on extream systems forum. I have one of his extream water kegs and it will out perform any other setup on the market.

Is he making them again? Last I heard he wasn't getting back into it.

The keg is an external rad/pump/res in a custom box. Very good quality. His xtreme with the PA120.3 will cost you over $500. No blocks for the PC, just the external box.

I have a CM Stacker 830, will there be room for the Radiator + fans ?
