Does anyone use WavePad Audio Editor ?
I have been playing around with this.

I was able to import audio and edit it. I then hit the record button and was told I had not selected an audio input. I selected Realtek audio. My problem is now I cannot play anything. I have been to
WavePad options -> Audio and selected device: Speakers (Realteck) Audio. That is all I should need isn't it?
It was working before I played around with the recording tab.

I have been to windows control pannel and done an audio test which is working fine. with Speakers (Realteck) Audio.

Right click the small speaker icon usually located in the lower right screen corner.

A menu should appear that includes audio related troubleshooting and configurations.

Try the troubleshooter first.

If that does not fix the problem then delve into the various Volume mixer and Sound Setting windows, tabs, and properties.

Another place to look is in the Accessibility screens: WIN + I > Accessibility > Audio
