Ways to get Wifi?

Just got done building my pc, now I need to get wifi. But which one? a pci slot wifi, or a usb wifi.
Which brand and why?
My MOBO is a Asus m5a97 r2.0
Please help

Go for the PCI slot forsure, looks like your motherboard can use PCI or PCI Express.
