[SOLVED] Ways to solve noisy fan problems?

I don't know why the fan is making so much noise. I'm not playing games and is making a terrible noise even when I'm not working on anything. The fan starts from the moment I turn on the laptop. The only thing I'm using the laptop for is Arch softwares like Revit, AutoCAD etc. Any tips on how to solve the problem?
P.S. doesn't work to set the RPM from gaming center

Go to BIOS settings, and then go to fam configuration.

There you can choose the fanspeed to korrelate temperature.
