If you remember my username here it's because this past summer (2013), I made tons of threads deciding on the perfect custom PC for my $1k budget and finally got one. The above build is my current PC now that I decided on. There are NO problems with performance, gaming without lag, etc....BUT, I wanted to know how someone would upgrade this if I had, let's say, a $500 budget to add to it. No MicroCenter please. Thanks!

Solution
Yes you could run 2 760s. Your motherboard can run 2 PCI lanes at x8/x8. This is what is required for SLI/Crossfire.

750w will be perfectly fine. Your current PSU will not be good for 2 760s.

Actually, I forgot it wasn't on the list, but I do have an SSD.

Hmmm. I don't know if I should. The first CPU was a b***h to get on, with that liquid paste stuff and the bracket not fitting 100% right & junk...

I feel like I won't really need it then. I get at LEAST 60f/ps on the games I play (Black Ops 1, WoW, RuneScape, CoD Ghosts, etc.) at 1080p.
I just watched this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZphJB5cUNKE) and the guy said that with SLI'ing, there will be game problems for some games and there's some tuning required and stuff....why?

No, people like to freak out about things like that but honestly there really are not any issues with using SLI. If your PSU is up to it and your motherboard supports it, you are good to go.

But don't waste the money if you don't need it. Honestly your computer does not need any upgrades.

My motherboard says it has:
2 x PCIe 3.0 x16 Slots, Supports AMD Quad CrossFireX, CrossFireX and NVIDIA Quad SLI, SLI

So I could SLI 2 GT 760's if I wanted? The cards will be compatible (since they're the same), the motherboard (I guess) is compatible, and if I get a 750 PSU, it'll be compatible. I don't know if my current PSU could support it, but 750 PSU definitely could, right?

Alright, thanks. Now, what about the noise? My PC currently makes some noise & I don't know if that's from the GPU or the CPU cooler or what, but if I add two 760's, I also feel like it'd be really noisy, granted I wear a headset when I game.

Anyone else have suggestions for upgrades?

It will be louder yes. Short of buying a silent case or buying all new case fans, there is really nothing to be done.

There is nothing on your system to upgrade really. Don't waste money on anything stupid. The 760 is a good way to go but there is nothing else you can really do to improve your system.
