WD 20EZRX CACHE size n/a

i have wd 20ezrx model and WD told that 64 MB of cache is for thsi drive but when i checked by hdtunepro it says cache n/a what that means ?
Is this drive faulty ?

No, that doesn't mean the drive is faulty, it's a limitation of the software. HD Tune has a problem detecting large cache sizes so it just shows n/a on all drives with cache size of 64MB.

Software such as Aida64 should accurately report the cache size: http://www.aida64.com/product/aida64-extreme-edition/overview

Also, you should simply run the WD diagnostics utility to check the drive for errors.

I also recommend installing the free Acronis software. It allows you to:
a) make a compressed IMAGE BACKUP (backup Windows partition to another drive)
b) create a BOOT DISC to backup or restore (if main drive fails, replace, boot to backup and restore to new drive)

but it will take long time can i use the symentic's ghost program for it ?if ya then how to use it ?
