Do you have the USB3 drivers installed? Can you access it through a USB2 port? Is this a new disk or one that has data on it? Here is a post explaining how to access an external disk with data that may hopefully help you.

Welcome to the community, getend!

Unfortunately, you shouldn't have taken the HDD out of the enclosure. This voids the warranty of the drive. 🙁 WD My Book external drives also incorporate a hardware encryption and taking the HDD out basically makes the data unaccessible. The only chance you have at recovering your data is putting the drive back in the original My Book enclosure. Give it a shot, maybe you will succeed at recovering it. Your solution might have been as easy as simply re-installing the USB drivers.
Now, once you put the drive back and try to access it through the enclosure, you should test it using WD's Data LifeGuard Diagnostics tool. It will let you know what's the drive's health and SMART status. Make sure you run the quick and the extended test only.

Let me know what the results show.

hello SuperSoph_WD
i put it back in the enclosure than download the data lifeguard software, it was showing capacity is 0 mb, in that diagnose tools i was run the quick test that was completed successfully.

but i have some important data in that drive, i need to recovery.

3 tb hdd was connected with one usb 3.0 PCB, i think there was some problem in usb connector pcb.
can u suggest me for solution !!

Hi again, getend!

I wouldn't recommend doing this by yourself, especially if you don't have the technical HDD knowledge required. Otherwise, the whole procedure might result in unrecoverable data loss.
The safest bet is to get in touch with a professional recovery services, that hopefully won't charge you much to retrieve your files.
I'd suggest to take a look at the data recovery partners that WD has and find one, close to your location: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=p0EkrE

Good luck!
