Question WD Black 4TB doesn't show up in Disk Management ?

Just installed a 4tb wd black and it won't show up at all in the partition and format window. My boot drive is an NVMe ssd samsung Evo. BIOS is showing sata port enable is enabled, sata mode is set to raid, and NVMe raid mode is disabled. Is there a conflict going on being in raid mode while also having NVMe RAID mode disabled? Should my sata mode be set to AHCI?

What motherboard?
What specific NVMe drive?

You do NOT want any RAID thing enabled.

NVMe is 970 Evo plus 2tb ssd.
