WD Black slow random speeds???

I just done crystaldiskmark and I am confused.
WD Black in my PC have random read and other speeds under 1 MB/s.
Also in userbenchmark I got 3rd percentile with this drive.
Do you know what can cause it?

It's connected in SATA express which I have connected also the SSD in without any problems. I don't think there are some slow SATA on Maximus VIII hero. I will check drivers and do the fitness tool.

Installed newest drivers tested with WD data utility - image, and passed.
But speeds still same.

Just tried in different SATA port, but unfortunately with no luck.
