[SOLVED] WD external disk - 7 beep 3 beep 3 beep

Hi
I got a WD My Passport 2TB External Hard Drive and i was supposed to be a replacement for a drive i had returned to WD. Anyways i plug the replacement and i get a 7beep 3 beep 3beep fro the drive any Ideas was to that the problem is?

There is no speaker in a passport drive so the drive must have issues. Send it back.
