Dear Experts
I have got a WD external 1TB USB hard drive when I connect it on different computers win10 OSs and different USB ports (means tried more than one PCs with different USBs),,,,,has red arrow in the disk management
I tried different cables as well
I shucked from the enclosure but I realized I can't hook to my desktop dock
I have got data on it what should I do to recognize it without losing data ?
