WD Green 2TB WD20EZRX Problem

Hello I have 250 GB hard drive were Install 32bit win8 and i bought 2 tb WD green I was Fallow

This step But During Formatting Pc Off Due To Cut Off After i on PC again NTNG happen even There is showing logo of win8 and only black screen

And i remove WD hard drive And Used Old 250GB Seagate HDD Working and win 8 also..

i try to install os With 2 TB there is same Problem Only logo than black screen

And WD Hard drive showing in Device Manager But Now In Disk management and this taking to time to open but after open not showing 2 TB hard drive....

now Plz Help Me

Try plug in other SATA port, if the drive (2TB) shows up in the Disk management but you can't do something on it like format or open. Then you are better to return it because the drive has problem.
