WD hard drive 1tb can I still use this

Ok so I just built my new rig m5a99fx pro 2.0 and everything else and ram adata 2rx8 ddr3 but I use to have another pc and it was a windows 8 and it had my WD tb hard drive can I still use this it's a hdd I never deleted the files in it but can I still use this for my new rig well it still boot up and all? Is it okay and my gpu I'm using my old one and 7970 oc edition can that work too?

you will need to fire up your old machine and download a key finder program like belarc advisor.here is an easy tutorial for this.

that,my friend is not piracy,but rather a method to recover the key already on his old machine.you might want to back the hell off for a moment and take the time to actually read my post.by key finder it means find your legal key on your machine. got it???
