wd my book 6tb ext hdd can it be used as internal hdd windows pc?

It can be placed inside of the case if you run a usb cable outside to go into a port but it is a terrible choice for an actual working drive. (meaning you use it for more than just long term storage). It is not at all expensive to buy a proper 3.5in HDD so please just do that

Well if you crack the WD case open and take the hard drive out you can plug it in like any normal internal SATA hard drive.
