Question WD "Out of region" warranty question as of today

What about today? I also bought it on Amazon.com and I live in the EMEA. What do I do in case I need to RMA? Will I be eligible for that, and do I need to ship it back to the US or to the closest service center?

if youre outside of USA, then RMA is done through seller
