Question WD PC SN530 NVMe SSD with SED

I have an HP 15dy2035tg notebook.

It has a WD PC SN530 NVMe SSD with SED. Windows became corrupted and is unbootable. There is no data on the SSD that I need to retrieve. I want to wipe the drive and reload Windows 11. The Windows installer does not see the SSD so will not install. The BIOS sees the SSD. If I boot from a Ubuntu live USB, it sees and can access the SSD. It seems to me that the SED is blocking access to the SSD.

How do I fix this so I can reload Win11?

OK, I copied the PSID from the SSD, I installed NVME-CLI, how do I clear the SED? I'm looking at the help pages and they aren't telling me anything.
