Question WDC WD1600AAJS | Windows 10 | Are these speeds ok?

I am having a very sluggish experience on windows 10 having this HDD. When the system boots into Window the HDD is always 100% utilized and the system takes a few minutes to become responsive as the usage goes down. The CrystalDiskMark shows this result:

agree with rgd, but perhaps if you defrag it, it may gain some performance.

Win 10 and later really wants a solid state drive.

But your speed there is not unusual for a small full HDD.
