WDC WD30EFRX-68AX9N0 Massive Slowdown

HDD has massive slowdown on reads an especially writes.
Writes are at 1MB/s.
Tried 3 computers, win7/10, free dos, same results.
Tried 3 different cables - same.
Tried different ports - same.
Reformatted, blanked, deleted - same.

Dont know what to do?

Any help would be appreciated.

Milika, run Seatools on the drives to see if they are at fault here, also, how full are the drives?

Seatools finished and all tests are PASS, did not run Long Generic it would take months.

Any suggestions?

Milika, good to know that the tests came back with positive results. Unfortunately, that is as far as I can go on this. Hopefully somebody else could chime in and give their opinion. The only thing I can think of is the background processes but it does not seem likely. Sorry I can be of more help.
