we are unable to install Additional domain controller in 2012 r2 server

hi,

this is leenas ... we are planned to promote Additional domain controller in 2012 r2 server our primary domain controller is 2003 server ... the issue is replication error... our primary domain has no backup and also it was down and crashed AD..

i need some suggestions how to resolve this problems

Simple, before you can promote another DC you first have to get the primary DC back on line. Failing that, I hope your AD setup was fully documented, because you will have to recreated it from scratch.
