I'm truly sorry to hear about your issues with the 1 TB WD Blue HDD.
This sounds pretty unfortunate, I hope everything is already with your house.
Seems like the drive is relatively new, so please contact the reseller's or our
Customer Support for assistance with the RMA procedure. You should still be able to replace this drive as long as it's still
covered by the warranty.
