Question Web browsing is glitching when scrolling up/down

Had this happen on microsoft edge,installed chrome and the problem is still there.If i open any page and use scroll up/down sometimes half of the page is stuck or missing,and it will fix on its own if keep scrolling,since its happening in 2 browers is this some kind of windows 11 bug maybe?

Open edge & chrome in their own browser Safe Mode ( Not windows safe mode) and see if the glitch is still there. Try this first and let us know.
