Question web browsing problem

Hello, from last few days I am encountering a strange problem on my windows 10 32 bit PC, from last few days i am having some problem in browsing. when i start the PC almost 90% of the time my internet connection doesn't work until I right click troubleshoot my Internet connection(Which resets my WiFi adapter) n then everything works fine afterwards, I am encountering this problem for a long time, but I was OK with it.

But from last 3-4 days I am facing a new problem, whenever i starts my PC. after doing the troubleshooting thing i just mentioned above everything works fine for some time, but after a while, i am unable to access internet, i gets error message connection timed out,

I gets this error message on all sites, even on google.com, but at the same time my torrents are downloading/uploading normally, or My internet Download Manager is downloading files without any problem, but only browsing doesn't works,

Other devices connected to the router are also working perfectly, but just problem with browsing , i tried browsing in chrome & Firefox, same problem, after a restart (or sometime more than one restart) i am again able to browse, but after a while same problem.

I also tried connecting my mobile internet connection through mobile hot spot bt still the result is the same, while posting this i realized that after a while only google.com is working but no other site can be accesed, then after some time not even google.com can be accessed.

please help me in this strange problem.

Your torrents are taking all your bandwidth, restrict them, try again

@L E thanks for the reply, i tried that too, stopped all the torrents, but it didn't work,
seems like the problem is automatically solved after 2 days..
I hope it wont come back.
