I'm looking for a piece of software that i can make webpages of i'd like it to be free.

I've used Dreamweaver before at college and at home i use notepad++ but i need a design tools too a visual way to build any idea?

The answer depends on your motive .What is your main motive ?
want to design a website for personal use or be a website designer
If you have required a desing software for making a personal website then i suggest you to create website directly with ready to install scripts such as wordpress .You can also use google sites Make Website With Google Sites .
