[SOLVED] Web Pages Load Slow on PC, Yet fine on mobile etc (Fibre)

Hello there, I have this weird problem that is only present on my machine, Every web page appears to load in very slowly as if i was on a very slow connection, (I have Fibre Optic and everything else works perfectly)

I connect to my router using an ALFA wireless card and i've also tried USB tethering which both produce the same results, It just appears to be anything that uses a browser, Firefox/Steam ect.
Games/Downloads are working fine at my usual speed.

tl;dr = Web Browsers are going slow as heck.

Is it multiple browsers or do you use one primarily that you are noticing it in? Have you tried the usual clearing cache, flushing dns, reset tcp/ip, etc...?

Have you tried a portable browser to see if it's just the installed browsers? winpenpack has some good browers to choose from that you can just download and run:
