[SOLVED] Web videos switch from full contrast to low contrast. Why?

I cannot for the life of me find the solution to the problem that is making my videos start at full contrast and then within a second or two switch to dull, faded and no contrast. This happens for all web videos and for video files played through "Movies & TV" app. This is all on my desktop PC. It does not happen on my laptop that's not running AMD, so I assume it's a Radeon issue?

I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and a Radeon 5700 XT. I have reinstalled my drivers and downgraded twice.

Also VLC does not suffer from this.

For anyone who might find this thread: I downgraded the driver back to Adrenalin 20.4.2 and the issue went away. So a driver issue.
