Webcam and microphone setup for Skype with TV as PC screen

Hi

I am looking for the recommendations on how to setup webcam and microphone (mic) for a TV used as PC screen.
Problem is - I will be seating at least 8 feet away from the screen, maybe more. Webcam will see me for sure, but a mic reception, this is the question. I never have such setup, so I have no idea what is the best option in this case - strong reception mic in webcam or stand alone mic, but then I will need probably wireless mic, or such will cost a fortune and my only option is wired mic?
So technically my problem is a mic setup for sitting far away from the webcam?

Audio - TV speakers. Webcam will see. Do you know anything about wireless microphones for business use (not super receiver quality, which I see a lot), any recommendations? Or only Gaming Headsets (headphone + microphone)? I prefer not to have the latter, so the whole family can participate in conversations.

Edit. Not conference mics, more on the cheap side (conference ones run $200+).
