Webiste security certificate problem

Hello,
everytime i try to launch the web browser, i gett the massage says there is a with website security certificate

Reset the time & date on your computer. Cookies have nothing to do with it. The date was way wrong on my computer once and it said the same thing when I tried to go on the internet.
