Question Website Creation

I`m after creating a website.

It will need to let me program in Python, have plenty of templates, and ability to create my own forms taking information off customers and having them select options.

I`m not after spending a lot, as little as possible with professional looking templates. What are the options? I`d also prefer to create it first before it goes live, so free first please.

As an example lets say for businesses to create accounts on, buy 100 staff codes, give them out, and each one gets to log in with the code and complete an employee survey.

That sounds interesting. You will be working with both Python and some Web Development tool(s) - correct?

It also sounds much like a work or homework assignment and Forum rules prohibit doing such things.

No way to know from this end.

My suggestion is that you put together a few ideas of your own providing reasons and citing references.

Some sort of "project plan" where each requirement is listed and along with what you believe needs to be done to implement that requirement.
