Question Weird AIO Problem

Hello everyone! I just bought a new build, the specs are

AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3D
ASUS ROG STRIX 650E-F
GeForce RTX 5070 TI OC
Phanteks Eclipse P400A
Corsair Vengeance 5200Mhz 32GB DDR5 Ram Be quiet! Pure power 1000 watt psu
and a corsair icue h150i elite rgb

Everything is connected properly, however when i start the pc only the pump sounds like it runs, the corsair fans are spinning very slow and the case included phanteks fan doesnt spin at all. If i then disconnect the USB-C cable on the pump, the fans on the front speed up, the phanteks fan still doesn’t move. There’s no video on the monitor either, i tried reseating RAM, still nothing there. What could the problem be? Help is very very much appreciate

tried plugging the monitor cable into the GPU as well as trying the integrated graphics, still nothing.

Did you assemble the system? If so, was the BIOS updated to the latest version prior? Out of the box the B650 chipset will not support the 9800X3D processor without a BIOS update.

Hello and thank you for your assistance ! I built the system myself, it’s not my first build but it is my first time encountering this issue so i was and still am very lost.

The BIOS were not updated yet, however would that be able to cause the weird fan issue as well? I also forgot to mention that there are no debug LED lights lighting up.
I will try updating the BIOS when i get home today and let you know if it works, thank you so much!

Aren't you using Icue software for fan and RGB control?
