Weird AMD GPU Issue

I recently bought a Radeon HD 6350 on eBay for about $9 total, the card arrived and I put it in my system and it worked, like he said it would. The interesting thing is after downloading and installing the 6350 drivers from AMD's website, even AMD's own software showed the card was a Radeon HD 5450, which isn't possible because the 5450 was made back when ATI was still around and the card I have is clearly marked with AMD or Advanced Micro Devices Inc. Multiple times. Is there any reason to be concerned? Full system specs

AMD Athlon II x2 250 (not the newer 255) 8gb ddr3 250gb 5.4k HDD with Win 10

Does the card have a vga connector on it(the smaller blue one)?

The card is from an old Dell Optiplex (I don't know which one) it has a port called a DMS 59 (dual monitor solution 59 pins) I have it adaptered to VGA using the adapter shipped with those Optiplex's.
