Weird Artifacts on a R7 265 msi

Hello, i am having trouble with this gpu since maybe a year now...
I am getting artifacts and flickering while playing games (wow, dragon age inquisition...and some others) Here is a video showing it [video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3Gt0cH-D-8&feature=youtu.be"][/video]

My Rig specs:
Cpu: Fx 6300 (stock..not oc´ed)
Gpu: Msi R7 265 2g ddr5
4G Ram 1333
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA 78 LMT S2
PSU: Antec Neo Eco 520W
Monitor: Samsung S24 D300 FullHD (with hdmi cable to the gpu)
Lastest drivers installed from AMD 15.7

I have to say that those artifacts only happens on games, and if i close and start the game, they are gone for a while (can be 30min, to 2 hours).
Also in some cases (wow and dragon age) if i change graphics settings IN game, artifacts also dissappear for a while (same as above).

Any ideas if there is a solution...or my gpu is about to die? (hope not).

Try tweaking the settings related to shadows.
