Weird ASUS Setup error on startup.

Need help, everytime i boot up my PC and login there are two ASUS etup errors that pop up. how do i remove these?

Build:
CPU: Intel i5-3570k
MOBO: ASUS P8Z77-V LK
GPU: EVGA 770 2GB
MEM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 16GB
PSU: Corsair TX650

OS: Windows 7 Home

Did you install some ASUS bloatware with your motherboard?
You need drivers for the board, but maybe the whole package
is unnecessary. Can that be uninstalled and go from there?

this just started showing up maybe a week or two ago... have had computer running for about 2 years now... Looked under task scheduler and nothing.
