Weird Black Screen

I have this pretty new pc i bought 2 months ago. It hasn't been experiencing any issues until this very annoying black screen. A few days ago my pc completely froze, so i waited for about 15 minutes but nothing happend so i restarted it. After the restart there was no sound,no intetnet and norhing seemed to be working properly. After doing some research i found that services that were supposed to be running were no active and everything was disabled. I went online, found the default values for the services and replaced them all(i know its a bad idea and i shouldn't have messed with this). Now when i restart mu pc theres a black screen with a cursor. When i move the cursor it disappears and reappears. windows key + r and ctrl+alt+del don't work. No other keys seem to work either.

CPU:I5 7400k
GPU:GT 730(2GB)
Ram:8gb DDR4
Mobo:MSI(not sure which one)
OS: Windows 10 with latest updates

What PSU is installed: make, model, wattage?

Where did you buy the new pc?

Do you have any warranty?
