Question Weird black spot on the back of my motherboard

I am using my motherboard for 4 years and a couple of days ago while i was cleaning my computer i noticed this weird black spot on the back of it what could it be?

Oil seeping out of the thermal pads that are between the heatsink and (probably) the VRM FET's.

It's very common and nothing to be alarmed about.

as mentioned above it is not a problem at all. I'm sure if you keep looking you'll find more

Have you tried wiping it off with some rubbing alcohol?
